\bf\huge\textbf{\underline{\underline{According\:to\:the\:Question}}}

Suppose the breadth of plot be p metre

Length = 2p

Perimeter of Rectangle = 2 × (l + b)

= 2 × (2p + p)

= 2 × 3p

= 6p

Now

6p = 210

{\implies p = \dfrac{210}{6}}

p = 35

Hence Breadth = 35

Length = 2 × 35

\bf\huge\bf\huge{\boxed{\bigstar{{70m}}}}

Area of plot

Length × Breadth

= 70 × 35

\bf\huge\bf\huge{\boxed{\bigstar{{2450\:m^2}}}}

<b>{heya here is your answer mate!

-----------------------------------------

<b><u>Let the breadth of th3 garden be x metre .

Then, its length = 2x metres.

**************************************

PERIMETER OF RECTANGLE=2(LENGTH + BREADTH )

=> 210=2(2x + x)

=> 210=2*3x

=> 210=6x

=> x=210/6

=> x=35 metres.

Since,breadth=x= 35 metres.

Therefore, length=2x= (2*35)metres

= 70 metres.

Now, area = length * breadth

= (70 * 35) metre square

= 2450 metre square

\boxed{area\:of\:rectangle=2450 metre\:square.}
