Let breadth be x m, length will be x+4 m
area=x(x+4) = x^2 +4x
also area in 2nd case = x-4(x+10) = x^2+6x-40
if areas are equal in both cases, then
x^2+6x-40=x^2+4x
2x=40
x=20
Therefore, Breadth =x= 20m
Length=x+4= 20+4=24 m
