Formula :-

Perimeter of rectangle =2(l+b)

306m = 2 ( x + 16 + x)

306m = 2x +32 + 2x

306 m = 4x +32

306 - 32 = 4x

274 = 4x

X = 274 /4

X = 68.5 m
