HEY MATE,

HERE IS YOUR ANSWER.

PERIMETER OF RECTANGLE= 2(L+B)

(LET THE BREADTH BE x AND LENGTH BE 3x)

32 INCHES=2(3x+x)

32 INCHES=2(4x)

\frac{32}{2}INCHES=(4x)

16 INCHES= (4x)

\frac{16}{4} INCHES=x

x= 4 INCHES

THEREFORE,

LENGTH(3x)= 4x4x4= 12 INCHES

BREADTH(x)= 4 INCHES.

AREA OF RECTANGLE = LENGTH x BREADTH

                                       = 12 x 4 INCHES

                                       = 48 SQ. INCHES ANSWER

HOPE IT HELPS...

MARK AS BRAINLIEST.

REGARDS,

GUNJAN.
