the length of a rectangular wooden board is thrice it's width. if the width of the board is120cm, find the cost of framing it at the rate of $5 for 20cm

Width= 120cm

Length= 3*120 = 360cm

Perimeter= 2(l+b)         {Cause framing is done as boundry}

               =2(120+360)

               = 2*480

                = 960cm

Cost of framing = \frac{960}{20} * 5

                           = 48*5

                            = $240

Cost of framing the board is $240.
