let breadth be x m

length 14 + x

2(l + b) = 200 \\  \\ 2(x + x + 14) = 200 \\  \\ 2(2x + 14) = 200 \\  \\ 2x + 14 = 100 \\  \\ x + 7 = 50 \\  \\ x = 50 - 7 \\  \\ x = 43m \\  \\

breadth = x = 43m

length = 14 + x = 57m
