Length =3*b.

We know:

Perimeter=2(l+b)

2(3b+b)=210cm

2*4b=210cm.

b=210cm/8

=26.25cm.

l=3*26.25cm

=78.25cm.

Area=l*b.

26.25cm*78.75cm

=2067.1875cm^2
