The length of a retangle is three times width . If the perimeter is 128 Find the length

Answer:

Let the lengh=3x

and the breadth=x

length= Perimeter of rectangle=2×(l+b)=128

2×(3x+x)=128
6x+2x=128
8x=128
x=128÷8
x=16
Length=3x=3×16=48
Breadh=x=16
