The length of a room exceeds its breadth by 8 cm. If each had been increased by 2 cm, the area would have been increased by 60 sq. cm. (Steps to be shown please)(Please answer fast!!!!! Its urgent!!!)

let breadth =b
length=b+8
Area=b(b+8)=b^2+8b

new length =b+10
new breadth=b+2
new area=b^2+12b+20
therefore, b^2+12b+20=b^2+8b+60
12b-8b=60-20
4b=40
b=10
Breadth=10cm
length=18cm
