The length of a room is 2metres 900cm and it's width is 3 metres 500cm. Find out the difference between between the length and width of the room

Width of room ---> 3 metres 500 cm

1 m = 100 cm

so,
Length of room = 11m
width of room = 8m

Difference = length of room - width of room

= (11 - 8)m
= 3 m

So that the difference between length and width of room is 3 metres.

=200+900
=1100cm
breadth=3m500cm =3×100+500
=300+500
=800 cm
1100cm-800cm=300cm
300cm =300÷100=3m

thus the answer is 3 metre
