The length of a solid is given as 10 +0.2m and byleadth as 6±0.3m of the given solid. Then, Find out the maximum % error in the area of the box​

∴ ΔA/A = Δl/l + Δb/b

           = 0.2/10 + 0.3/6

           = 0.02 + 0.05

(ΔA/A) x 100 = 7%

∴ Maximum % error in the area = 7%
