According to question

Let the three segments be x, y and z

Thus    x : y : z = 1 : 2 : 3
  x = a
 y = 2 a
 z = 3 a

Also     x + y + z = 110 Cm
             a + 2a + 3a = 110
                        6 a = 110
                           a = 18.33

Thus     x + y = a + 2 = 3a
                     = 3 * 18.33 = 54.99
