The length of a square field and a rectangle
field are 80 m and 100 m respectively. If
perimeter of both fields is same, find the

perimeter of square field= 4×side= 4×80= 320m

so perimeter of rectangle field=320m

2(l+b) =320m

2(100+b) =320m

200+2b=320m

2b=320-200= 120

b=120/2=60m

So breadth of rectangle is 60m
