Hi friend, hope my answer helps you :)

In Square:-

Side is = 8 cm

Therefore Area = 8 * 8 = 64 cm²

In rectangle:-

Length = 24 cm , Breadth = 16 cm

Therefore Area = 24 * 16 = 384 cm²

Hence the number of  squares which can be arranged to form a rectangle are =  384/64 = 8 squares (Answer)
