Given:Two tangents AP and BP drawn from external point P To prove that :AP=BPconstruction : join OA and OBproof: Consider Δle OAP and Δle OBP OP=OP (common) angle OAP=angle OBP (Each 90°because as we know that radius tangent therom) OA =OB ( same radii of circle ) therefore Δle OAP congurve to Δle OBP By SAS test of conguruce OA=OB (by C.
