Given :

  • Ratio is 4:5
  • Perimeter is 72 cm

To find :

  • Length of all sides of the parallelogram

According to the question,

Let the ratio be 4x and 5x

So,

Perimeter of parallelogram = 2(length + breadth)

→ 72 = 2(4x + 5x)

→ 72 = 2(9x)

→ 72 = 18x

→ x = 72 ÷ 18

.°. x = 4

___________....

Value of 4x

→ 4x

→ 4 × 4

16 cm

___________....

Value of 5x

→ 5x

→ 5 × 4

20 cm

So,the length of all the sides of the parallelogram is 16cm,20cm,16cm and 20cm....
