Therefore, 160 = 1\2*4x*5x

320 = 20x^2

16 = x^2

And,

x = √16 = ±4

x = 4 cm ( ignoring -ve value)

Now as base = 4x ,therefore base = 4*4 = 16 cm

And height = 5x, therefore height = 5*4 = 20cm.
