Given :

  • Length of cuboid = 6 cm

  • Width of cuboid = 3 cm

  • Height of cuboid = 1 cm

To Find :

  • Volume of cuboid = ?

Solution :

We have to find volume of cuboid,

To fine volume of cuboid, we have a formula :

 \large \underline{\boxed{\bf{Volume = length \times width \times height}}}

 \large \underline{\boxed{\bf{Volume = \ell \times w \times h}}}

We have,

  • length,  \sf \ell = 6 cm
  • width, w = 3 cm
  • height, h = 1 cm

 \sf : \implies Volume = 6 \:  cm \times 3 \: cm \times 1 \: cm

 \sf : \implies Volume = 18 \:  cm^{3}

 \large \underline{\boxed{\bf{Volume = 18 \:  cm^{3}}}}

Hence, Volume of given cuboid is 18 cm³.

Some more formula's related to cuboid :

  •  \bf Total \: surface \: Area =2 (length \times width + width \times height + length \times height)
  •  \bf Curved \: surface \: Area = 2(length + width) \times height
  •  \bf Volume = length \times width \times height
