AC=12cm

BD=16cm

OA=1/2AC=6cm

So,

(AB)²=(OA)²+(OB)²

(AB)²=6²+8²

(AB)²=36+64

(AB)²=100

AB=√100=10cm

So, the side of the rhombus = 10 cm
