The length of diagonals of a rhombus are in ratio 5:4. If the area of Rhombus is 2250 cm^2. Find the side of rhombus.

area of rhombus = 1/2 ×d1×d2 = 2250

let the ratio be x

1/2 × 5x ×4x = 2250

20 × x^2 = 4500

x^2 = 225

x = 15

by using pythagorus theorem

75^2 + 60^2 = y^2 (y= side)

3600+ 5625 = y^2

9225 = y^2

y = 96 cm (approx)
