Answer:

Let,

the breadth of the field be x

therefore,

length = 1 ½ breadth

= 3/2 x

B/Q

perimeter = 400

=> 2 ( L + B ) = 400

=> 2 ( 3/2 x + x ) = 400

=> 2 ( (3x + 2x)/2 ) = 400

=> 2 ( 5x/2 ) = 400

=> 5x = 400

=> x = 400/5

=> x = 80

Therefore,

breadth = x = 80m

length = 3/2 x = 3/2 (80) = 120m
