The length of one side of a rhombus is 13 cm and one of the diagonal is 10 cm what is length of the other diagonal

When we divide the rhombus with diagonals they intersect.

Then the diagonal becomes half ( 10 divided by 2 = 5 ).

Therefore when we divide, on of the right angled triangle has 13 and 5 as the sides .

So when we find like this

we should use pythogoras

theorem.

That is

13^ - 5^= 169 - 25

= √144

= 12

Therefore length of diagonal is 12 • 2 =24
