Area of trapezium = 1/2 × height (h) × sum of parallel sides (s)

1080 = 1/2 × (55.6+34.4) × h

1080 × 2 = 90 × h

h = 24 cm

height is 24 cm

length of parallel sides =55.6 cm and 34.4 cm

area of trapezium = 1080 sq cm

let the distance between the parallel sides be h

area of trapezium= 1/2h(55.6 + 34.4)= 1080
=1/2h × 90= 1080
=1/2h= 1080/90=12
=h= 12 × 2= 24
and that's the answer
