Step-by-step explanation:

length = 3x+2

breath = 2x+3

Area of rectangle = length × breadth

= ( 3x+2 ) × ( 2x+3 )

= 3x ( 2x+3) 2 ( 2x+3 )

= 6x^2 + 9x + 4x + 6

= 6x^2 + 13x + 6

splitting the middle trem

= 6x^2 + 12x + x + 6

=. 6x ( x+2) + 3 ( x+ 2 )

=

= ( 6x+3) + ( x +2 )

= x = - 3/6 , x = -2

If x = 20

20 = -3/6 , 20 = -2

Area = 10
