Hello Mate! Here is your answer:

Let the breadth of the rectangle be b cm,

Length (l) = 1/3 of b

= 1/3*b

= b/3

Perimeter = 64 cm

∴ Perimeter = 2*(l+b)

= 64 = 2*[b+b/3]

= 64 = 2*[(3b+b)/3]

= 64 = 2*[4b/3]

= 64 = 8b/3

= 192 = 8b

= 24 cm = b

The Breadth is 24 cm; Length is (24/3) cm = 8 cm

I hope this helps.
