Hello Friend

Here is your answer

Let the breadth of the rectangle is x m

So Length of the rectangle is ( x + 10) m

Perimeter of the rectangle is 400 m

As we know the formula

Perimeter of the rectangle= 2 ( Length + Breadth)
400 = 2(x + 10 + x) \\  \frac{400}{2}  = 2x + 10 \\ 200 = 2x + 10 \\ 2x = 200 - 10 \\ 2x = 190 \\ x =  \frac{190}{2}  \\ x = 95 \: m
Hence Breadth of the rectangle is 95 m

So Length of the rectangle is = 95 + 10
= 105 m

Now

As we know the formula

Area of the rectangle = Length × Breadth

 = 105\times 95 \\  = 9975 \: m {}^{2}
Therefore Area of the rectangle is. 9975 sq.m
