☺HOLA☺

Let breadth be x and let length be x+2.

Perimeter = 2 (l+b) =48

2 (x+x+2)=48

2 (2x+2)=48

4x+4=48

4x=48-4

4x=44

x=44÷4

x=11 cm

Therefore, length=11 cm

Breadth = 11+2=13 cm

Hence, Area of rectangle = l×b =11×13 =143 cm^2

Explanation:

Hey friend, ☺️ here is your answer

Let the breadth of the rectangle be b cm.

So length of the rectangle will be (b + 2) cm

Perimeter = 48 cm

2 (l + b) = 48

2 (b + 2 + b) = 48

2(2b + 2) = 48

2b + 2 = 24

2b = 22

b = 11

Breadth = 11 cm

Length = 11 + 2 = 13 cm

Area of the rectangle = l × b = 13 × 11 = 143 cm².
