Let, breadth of the rectangle be x cm.

Therefore, length = (2x+2)cm

Perimeter=2$\times$ (Length+Breadth)

$\implies 82=2\times(x+2x+2)$

$\implies 82=2\times(3x+2)$

$\implies(3x+2)=41$

$\implies 3x=39$

$\implies x=13$

Therefore,

Breadth = 13cm.

Length = 2$\times$13+2cm=28cm.

The length  of the breadth of the rectangle

Calculation :

Let 'l' be the length and 'b' be the breadth of the rectangle. According t0 the given data

=> l = 2b + 2      .....(1)

=> Perimeter of the rectangle = 2(l+b)

=> 82 = 2(2b+2+b)

=> 82 = 6b + 4

=> 6b = 78

=> b = 13 cm

=> l = 2b + 2          {From equation (1)}

=> i = 2(13) + 2

=> l = 28 cm

The length of the triangle is 28 cm and breadth of the triangle is 13 cm
