so, B= 2x

L= 2x+3

:. perimeter of rectangle = 2(l+b)

=> 30 = 2( (2x+3)+2x)

=> 30 = 4x+6+4x

=> 30 = 8x + 6

=> 30-6 = 8x

=> 24 = 8x

=> 24/8 = x

=> 3 = x

So, the answer is 3.

it means that

length = 2×3+3 = 9cm

breadth= 2×3= 6cm
