According To Question,

2(x+x+4)=56

2x+4=28

2(x+2)=28

x+2=14

x=12

therefore,breadth of the rectangle=12cm

and lenght of the rectangle=x+4

area of the rectangle=lb

=12cm×16cm

=192cm^2
