so, length is x+4

perimeter = 4.16 m = 416 cm.

perimeter = 2(l+b)

2(x+ x+4) = 416cm.

2(2x +4) =416

4x + 8 = 416

4x = 408

x = 408÷4

x, = 102

breadth is 102 cm. or 1.02m.
