Let the :-
Breadth(b) of Rectangle be 'x' cm
Then,
Length(l) of Rectangle = (2x + 1) cm
Now,
➥ Area of Rectangle = 528 sq cm
We know that,
➥ Area of Rectangle = l × b
So,
↣ (2x + 1) x = 528
↣ 2x² + x = 528
↣ 2x² + x - 528 = 0
↣ 2x² + 33x - 32x - 528 = 0
↣ x( 2x + 33) - 16(2x + 33) = 0
↣ (x - 16)(2x + 33) = 0
↣ x = 16. or x = -33/2
Hence,
Length can't be negative.
So,
We take x = 16
Now,
Length = (2x + 1) = (2× 16 + 1) = 33cm
