SOLUTION :

let \: breadth \: of \: the \: rectangle \: be \: x \\  \\ then \: length \:  = 2x \\  \\ area \: of \: rectangle =  64\\  \\ =  >  length \:  \times breadth  = 64\\  \\   =  > 2x \times x = 64 \\  \\  =  > x {}^{2}  = 32 \\  \\  =  > x =  \sqrt{32}  = 4 \sqrt{2}  \\  \\ length \: of \: rectangle = x = 4 \sqrt{2} \:  units \\  \\ breadth \: of \: rectangle = 2x = 8 \sqrt{2}  \: units

LET THE BREADTH BE x AND LENGTH BE 2x.

x \times 2x = 64 \\ 2 {x}^{2}  = 64 \\  {x}^{2}  = 32 \\ x =  \sqrt{32}  \\ x =  \sqrt{4 \times 8}  \\ x = 2 \sqrt{8}

Length \:  = 2 \sqrt{8}  \: cm \\ Breath \:  = 4 \sqrt{8}  \: cm
