The length of rectangular reservoir is 450m. If the perimeter is 1200m.

As we know that

 \sf \: Perimeter \: of \: rectangle = 2(l + b)

  \sf \: 1200 = 2(450 + b)

 \sf \: 1200 = 900 + 2b

 \sf \: 1200 - 900 = 2b

 \sf \: 300 = 2b

 \sf \: B =  \dfrac{300}{2}

 \huge \bf \: B = 150 m

Now,

Let's find its area

 \sf \: Area \:  = l \times b

 \sf \: Area = 450 \times 150

 \sf \: Area = 67,500 \: m
