Answer:

Width of the rectangular board=120 cm

Length of the rectangular board= (120×3) cm

=360 cm

Perimeter=2×(L+B)

=2×(360+120) cm

=(2×480) cm

=960 cm

The cost of framing it=Rs(960×5)

=Rs 4800

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

let length be 'l' and breadth be 'b'

l=3b

b=120cm

l=3 × 120=360cm

perimeter of rectangular board is 2×(l+b)

                          2(360+120)=2×480=960 cm

if cost of framing is rupees 5 per cm then cost of framing will be 5×total perimeter. 5×960=4800

so cost of framing is rupees 4800.
