perimeter=sum of length of three sides
144=3x+4x+5x
12x=144
x=12cm
now the length of each sides are 3×12,4×12,5×12.
first side=36cm
second side=48cm
third side=60cm
area of triangle=1/2 ×base×height
given ,height=60cm
