solution:-
we know that
according to Pythagoras theorem
H² = P² + B²

here,
according to question;
base = 5 cm
perpendicular = 4 cm

now,
tangent (hypotenuse) = √( 5² + 4²)

= √ (25+16)
= √ 41 cm Answer
