a = 68/4

let the length of the diagnol be 2x

so, OB = OD = x cm

in trian. AOB, applying pythagorous theorem

8^2 + x^2 = 17^2

64 + x^2 = 289

x = 289 - 64

x = + - 225

x = + - 15

length can't be negative

x = 15 cm

diagnol = 2x = 15 × 2

= 30 cm

length of another diagnol is 30 cm
