The rhombus have right angle formed between its diagonals.

Then a rt Δ will form there.

Then the two sides of the right triangle will be 8 cm and 6 cm respectively.

Using Pythagoras property,

⇒A²+ B² = C²

⇒6² + 8² = C² [ it's one side]

⇒36 + 64 = 100

⇒100 = 10²

Then each side of the rhombus is 10 cm.

Then the perimeter of the rhombus is

⇒10 x 4 = 40 cm.
