The length of the longer ladder is 37 ft and climbing on it,

one can climb upto a height of 35 ft. The shorter ladder is

25 ft long and it reaches to a height of 24 ft. Find the distance

between the foot of the two ladders?​

=√25²-24²= √(25+24)(25-24) =√49*1 = √49 = 7ft

Distance between foot of ladder = 12-7 =5ft
