(I have done some rough calculations, I don't know any formula for this)
You can get this by doing:

Taking <b>a</b> to be the longest side and <b>b</b> to be the second longest side.<br><ol><li>Find the hypotenuse of the longest two sides [√(a² + b²)].</li><li>Then find the hypotenuse of the obtained result with the longest side [√(a² + √(a² + b²))].</li><li>Then you get your answer.</li></ol><hr size=5 color=#FF00FF>
When you do this, you get:
a = 24m \\ b = 18m \\ c = 16m \\ \\ \: \: \: \: \: \sqrt{a^{2} + \sqrt{a^{2} + b^{2} } } \\ = \sqrt{ {24}^{2} + \sqrt{24^{2} + {18}^{2} }} \\ = \sqrt{576 + \sqrt{576 + 324}} \\ = \sqrt{576 + 900} \\ = \sqrt{1476} \\ = 31.418745425, \\ which \: comes \: around \: 31.418m
