Hello Mate!

Let the width of rectangle be x

Length becomes = 3x + 1

Perimeter of □ ( rectangle ) = 2 ( length + breadth )
26 m = 2 ( 3x + 1 + x )
26 m / 2 = 4x + 1
13 - 1 = 4x
12 / 4 = x
3 m = x ( width )

Length = ( 3 × 3 + 1 ) = 10 m

Hope it helps☺!✌

Acording to the given question
===========================
Let it width be x
Let its length be 3x+1
WE KNOW THAT
AREA OF RECTANGLE[] =2(L+B)

THEREFORE,2(X+3X+1)=26
2X+6X+2=26
2X+6X=26-2=24
8X=24
X=24/8
x=3M
--------------------------------------------------------------------

We got the VALUE of X
THEREFORE,
AREA OF RECTANGLE[] =LENGTH X BREADTH
LENGTH=3(3)+1=9+1=10M
WIDTH=3M
=10x3=30m
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
VERIFICATION
PERIMETER=2(L+B)=26
2(10+3)=26
2(13)= 26
26= 26
