Let the Breadth be a

Length = a + 3

Area = a^2 + 3a

New length = a + 3+ 2 = a + 5

New width = a + 2

New Area = (a + 2)(a +5)

= a^2 + 7a + 10

According to question,

(a^2 + 7a + 10) - (a^2 + 3a) = 70

=> 7a - 3a + 10 = 70

=> 4a = 60

=> a = 12

Length = 12 + 3 = 15 cm

Width = 12 cm
