Let x = the breadth of the rectangle
x+ 7 = the length of the rectangle
(x+7-4)(x+3) = x(x+7)
x^2+6x+9 = x^2+7x
9=7x-6x
x = 9
x+7 = 16
The length of the rectangle is 16 cm.
The breadth of the rectangle is 9 cm.
