Let breadth be x
∴Length=2x+12
∵Area of rectangle=l×b,
∴320=(x)(2x+12)
∴2x²+12x-320=0
dividing by 2 on both sides we get,
x²+6x-160=0
(x-10)(x+16)=0
∴x=10m
∴length=32m
