Answer=2076cm

Step-by-step explanation:

L=14+b

2(l+b)=180

2(14+b+b)=180

14+2b=90

2b=76

b=38cm

l=14+38=52cm

Area=l*b=52*38=2076

Answer:

Area of rectangle is 1976 cm².

Let length be l and breadth be b.

According to Question,

l = b + 14

Perimeter of rectangle = 2 (l + b)

=> 180 = 2 (b + 14 + b)

=> 180 = 2 (2b + 14)

=> 180 = 4b + 28

=> 4b = 180 - 28

=> 4b = 152

=> b = 38

So, breadth = 38 cm

Length = b + 14

=> l = 38 + 14

=> l = 52

Now, area of rectangle = l * b

=> A = 52 * 38

=> A = 1976 cm²
