The length of the rectangle is 20 CM more than its breadth if the perimeter is 100 cm find the dimensions of the rectangle

2(l+b)=100
l+b=50
b+20+b=50
2b+20=50
2b=30
b=15
l=15+20=35

Let breadth of rectangle =x
length of rectangle = 20+x
perimeter = 100 cm
2×(l+b)=100
2×(x+x+20)=100
2x+20=100/2
2x+20=50
2x=50-20
x=30/2
x=15
so breadth=15cm
length =15+20=35cm
