Let breadth be B, then length L=B+5, and A= area=B×(B+5)

2L×3B=A+70

2×(B+5)×3B=B×(B+5)+70

6B^2+30B=B^2+5B+70

5B^2+25B-70=0

B^2+5B-14=0

B^2+7B-2B-14=0

(B+7)(B-2)=0

This gives B=-7, 2

B can not be negative, so B=2, then L=7 and A=7×2 =14
