2*L + 2*B = perimeter of a rectangle = 62cm.

Given L = B+7, we can substitute this in the above equation.

Thus, 2*(B+7) + 2*B = 62

2*B+14+2*B = 62

4*B = 62-14 = 48cm

Thus, B = 48/4 = 12cm.

Then, Length L = 12+17 = 19cm.

Thus, the Length is 19cm and Breadth is 12cm.

Check: Perimeter = 2*L+2*B = 2*19+2*12 = 38+24 = 62cm.

Let the breadth of the rectangle be 'x'
then length of the rectangle be 7+x
Perimeter of the rectangle=62
2(l+b)=62
2(7+x+x)=62
2(7+2x)=62
14+4x=62
4x=62-14
4x=48
x=48/4
x=12
Breadth=12
length=12+7
=19
