        =3x²

Also,

(Lenght-3)(Breadth+5) = 3x²+57

(3x-3)(x+5)=3x²+57

3x²-3x+15x-15=3x²+57

12x-15=57

12x=72

 x=6

Perimeter = 2(Lenght+Breadth)

                = 2(3x+x)

                =2×4(6)

                =48cm
